Several of our items are made on demand specifically for you! Unfortunately, this means those items are unable to be returned. Please be sure to check size charts before placing your order as all sales are final. Please contact chamberlain@overturepromo.com with any questions.

If you would like to initiate a return or exchange, please email chamberlain@overturepromo.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # as a first step. Once you are emailed a RMA#, please send the items you would like to return/exchange to:

Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from the day of receipt. All items must be in their original packaging with original tags still attached. The items being returned must be clearly highlighted on the packing slip; the packing slip must be in the box. In the event that a product is returned due to a quality or production issue, you will receive a replacement product free of charge. If a refund to the credit card is applicable, the credit will be reflected on your bank statement within 7-10 business days once the refund has been made.
